Aqua Zumba at Westbury Pool

Aqua Zumba was quite a hit today at Westbury Pool!  35 people attended as Cida led the group having a fun party in the water and a great workout as well.  The class concluded with Cida and I team-teaching a few Latin songs and an intense kickboxing  number.

Cida Trains with Beto
