What group fitness classes do you offer?
We offer Zumba Fitness, Zumba Gold, Core & More, Core Plus, Zumbatomic, IMPACT, and other classes based upon client interest.
How do I cancel service?
Canceling our Unlimited Classes Plan at Cida Fitness is an easy and no-questions-asked process. It’s done online by sending a written email: firstname.lastname@example.org

Do you offer classes for beginners? Yes, many of our classes are designed for individuals with little experience in fitness or who may be deconditioned. There’s also something for those who want something more intense and challenging. We make sure we modify and adapt our teaching style to meet the need of individual differences. And, since our class sizes are smaller compared to most commercial chain fitness centers, we provide more individualized attention to clients before, during, and after classes.
Will lifting weights make women get “bulky?” No, women do not have enough testosterone to look overly big and bulky and we do not promote the methods of strength training to get large amounts of muscle mass. Our group fitness classes and personal training programs are designed to tone, shape, and define a woman’s body to look feminine and attractive. We do not advocate bodybuilding nor provide this type of service, even for men.
Where’s all of the shiny weight lifting machines and cardio machines? Cida Fitness is not a regular fitness center. We do not have traditional fitness equipment that you’ll find at commercial fitness chains and you won’t find our clients standing around doing bicep curls or working at a leisurely pace while looking at themselves in the mirror. We believe in functional training, which means that we teach exercises that closely mimic the natural movements we do in everyday life (machines can’t do that). These movements use multiple muscle groups together and are beneficial to everyone, from helping mature adults function better in day-to-day life to enhancing the elite athlete have better balance, coordination, speed, agility, and power. Our group fitness classes and personal training programs emphasize teaching and coaching you to learn functional exercise skills to improve core strength, help to prevent injury, and ultimately, enable you to have a better quality of life.
If you are the type of person that does not need coaching, motivation and instruction on how to perform functional exercises and learn more about the wellness lifestyle, we recommend you to go to one of the nearby commercial fitness centers that focus on a facilitative approach. You’ll have plenty of shiny machines to choose from, but most likely the staff won’t have the initiative to teach and coach you how to use it every time you work out.
