What exactly is it?
In a group of 2 – 3 people, Lou Moore will coach you through a well-designed training session combining strength training and cardiovascular endurance activities that will rev up your metabolism.  Small group personal training sessions are 1 hour in length and meet 3 times per week in the private setting of Cida Fitness in the Sugar Mill area of Sugar Land. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, and expert coaching to reach your fitness goals at an economical rate.
The smaller group allows for better instruction and more attention from me, the trainer. This enables me  to walk around and make corrections; add reason to the exercise selection; and motivate at a more intimate level!

Group training combines the benefits of one-to-one training with the camaraderie and motivation of working in a group.

As your sessions progress, you will become stronger, leaner, and more alert to take on whatever life throws at you.
