First and foremost Louis is a great family man and leader. Within 2 minutes of my first session with Louis I knew he was different. His knowledge goes beyond the norm, he understands and explains how to become healthy or if you are already fit as a fiddle he can take you to the next level. Louis has thought me how to train to become the person that I really want to be which boost energy and makes you perform better in all walks of life. Louis also does not paint a picture that is false as well, he tells it like it is meaning that he will teach you and support you 100% however you have to do the work yourself. If you are looking for a top notch trainer and you are serious about reaching your fitness goals there is no question in my mind that Louis Moore is your guy. I truly believe you cannot put a price tag on his training. Being healthy is our number one concern and how can you put a price on that.

From time to time during the year I popped up at the Y, and wouldn’t you know it..?…I would run into Louis just as I turned the corner! He gently asked me about how my workouts were going, and I must have come up with a million different excuses as to why I wasn’t consistent. Well, Louis, always very professional and understated, knew just how to confront me time after time. Nope, he is not one to let you off the hook.
I appreciate Louis’ on-going interest in my exercise routine. He took the time to make me a personalized workout routine, and took me to each of the weight machines and showed me how to use it.
I definitely would recommend Louis Moore to anyone who wants to achieve positive goals through exercise and nutrition.
