Ingredients
  1. 16 ounces coconut milk (unsweetened).
  2. 1 tablespoon whey protein mix
  3. 1 scoop of greenfood mix
  4. 1 scoop of redfood mix
  5. 1 teaspoon Maca mix
  6. 1 teaspoon cacao mix
  7. 2 tablespoons MCT oil
  8. 1 teaspoon coconut shreds
  9. 1 cup berries (frozen)
  10. 1 ice cube
  11. Stevia to sweetened desire
Instructions
  1. Mix above ingredients in a strong blender.
